Biltmore Forest Residence

Sitework Studios completed an adaptive redesign of the landscape for this historic home in Asheville’s Biltmore Forest. A thorough site analysis was conducted, and we approached the new design for the property with the understanding and intent to honor and maintain the integrity of the original landscape. The realigned driveway conforms to the site’s topography and offers optimal views into the property. New edging along the drive’s perimeter compliments the distinct brickwork of the house. At the client’s request, a rich palette of plants with vibrant color, and a variety of form and texture, was chosen to provide year-round seasonal interest throughout the garden.
