Givens Gerber Park

Sitework Studios is working with Givens Estates, a premier continuing care retirement community, to develop their first affordable housing project in Asheville. When complete, Givens Gerber Park will contain 260 highly needed affordable residential units. Sitework Studios has worked with design partners Rowhouse Architects and Civil Design Concepts from initial design inception and zoning entitlement, through construction administration. Completion is scheduled for late 2017.
