Residences at Biltmore

Sitework Studios collaborated directly with the client to create a vision and led the design for the adaptive reuse and of this condominium/hotel-village project that has evolved into an urban resort near Asheville’s Biltmore Estate. Professional services provided by the firm included conditional-use zoning, site planning, landscape architecture, marketing renderings, and construction documentation and administration.
