Riverside – Scott County

Sitework Studios partnered with Thompson & Litton Architects to produce a master plan for a 92 acre mixed-use commercial tract in rural Scott County Virginia. Intense public input sessions and design charrettes were held to gather input from local residents and county officials to develop and refine the plan’s concept. The master plan provides a framework for the Scott County Economic Development Authority to market the property for job and revenue-generating development. A mix of Class A office space, medical, light industrial/ research, and commercial properties was proposed. All the proposed building sites offer scenic views of the adjacent Holston River.
